Warranty
Policy For New Items:
All new items carry a 1 year
replacement warranty. |
If
within 1 year from the date of the invoice date, the product fails, we will
send a replacement item. If the item is no longer available we reserve the
right to substitute with another Item of similar or greater functionality &
price. In the event that compatible product is no longer available we may at
our discretion give a refund of product purchase price (shipping not
included)!
PROBAY
Computers does not warranty software incompatibility nor hardware
incompatibility that is install by any person or persons other than PROBAY
Computers. Written notice of any defective part or workmanship must be
received by PROBAY Computers by the expiration of the warranty period. This
warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase is required.. |
Replacement
items will be sent upon receipt and testing of the returned product.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost of items sent to us. You must
call first to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, we will
not accept any returns without an RMA number. In addition we will not accept
any COD returns, all returns must be shipped, pre-paid and insured. We are
not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. |
Replacement
terms for memory such as DIMM, SIMMs,
SDRAM, DDR, RIMMs
are amended as of 3/12/00. We are no
longer accepting memory for credit or refunds beyond 7 days past the invoice
date. Your only option is to have the memory exchanged. |
Any request to return memory products 8
days after the invoice date will not be honored.

We are not responsible for damage or failure due to
use, mishandling or improper use/configuration of our products.
In no case will the amount refunded be greater than the price paid.
