to be happy with your product and our service. When problems arise
we will do our best to correct the situation. Our warranty and return
policy follows.
Warranty
Policy For New Items:
All new items carry a 1 year
replacement warranty.
If within 1
year from the date of the invoice date, the product fails, we will send a
replacement item. If the item is no longer available we reserve the right
to substitute with another Item of similar or greater functionality &
price. In the event that compatible product is no longer available we may
at our discretion give a refund of product purchase price (shipping not
included)!
Replacement
items will be sent upon receipt and testing of the returned product.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost of items sent to us. You
must call first to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number,
we will not accept any returns without an RMA number. In addition we will
not accept any COD returns, all returns must be shipped, pre-paid and
insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Replacement
terms for memory such as DIMM,
SIMMs, SDRAM, DDR, RIMMs are amended
as of 3/12/00. We are no longer accepting memory for credit or
refunds beyond 7 days past the invoice
date. Your only option is to
have the memory exchanged.
Any request to return memory
products 8 days after the invoice date will not be honored.
We
are not responsible for damage or failure due to use, mishandling or
improper use/configuration of our products.
In no case will the amount refunded be greater than the price paid.

DOA Money Back Guarantee:
If item fails within 7 days of invoice date and a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) is confirmed within 10 days of
invoice date, a full refund of product price & shipping costs (UPS ground
shipping costs only, express shipping costs not refundable) will be
credited via the method of original payment.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for the returned
products. The returned product must arrive at our location within 7
working days from the date the date the RMA number is issued. 14
calendar days after the invoice date, your only option is to pay the 15%
restocking fee when merchandise is returned. Don't be late shipping
the returned item, thanks. (Several customers have waited in excess of a
month and demanded a full refund. Due to excessive price changes
this industry has experienced over the past ten years, we are forced to
limit your return options due to a select few who buy an item, watch the
price drop 10-20 percent over the course of two months and then demand a
full refund.) |
